Enhance your Courses in the Activity Editor by adding Themes. Learn to customize elements such as background colors, background images, fonts, text colors, and select from transparent, light, or dark mode.
How to Create Themes in the Activity Editor?
1. Within the Activity Editor, select the paintbrush icon from the right sidebar
2. Click "Add New"
3. Click "Colors" to expand the dropdown menu
4. Select "Background Color"
- "Solid" will be selected by default
- Use the top bar's slider to select a color
- Use the bottom bar's slider to adjust the color's opacity
5. If you don't want a solid color background, select "Gradient"
6. Adjust the gradient's style by using the outlined tools
7. Use the sliders to adjust the gradient's placement, the colors, and the opacity
8. Click "Text Color"
9. Select a text color and adjust its opacity
10. Click "Layout Color Theme," and select "Transparent" , "Light", or "Dark"
11. To add a "Background Image" instead of a color, click "Browse"
12. Click "Browse," and select an image from your local files
13. Click "Done"
14. Click "Fonts" to expand the dropdown menu
15. Click the "Primary Font" dropdown
16. Make your font selection
17. Click the "Secondary Font" dropdown
18. Make your font selection
19. To change the Theme name, click the pencil icon
20. Once edited, click the checkmark beside the new name
- Note: All created themes will be saved and can be applied to other courses within your Campus
