      Archive Courses and Lessons

      How to Archive a Course from Your Campus.

      1. Log in to your campus.

      2. Your course list page is displayed.

      3. Click on the 3 dot menu next to the course you want to archive.Delete to archive

      4. Click "Delete".

      5. Your course is moved to the "Archive". 

      6. Access the Archive from the campus homepage.

      7. Click "Archive" on the left panel to open Archived courses.Archive Button

      8. The Archive will open and your archived courses will appear.

      How to Download Course from Archive.

      1. Open the Archive to access archived courses.Archive Button

      2. Click on the 3 dot menu next to the course you want to download to open the dropdown.Archive - Download Course
      3. Click on "Download Course".
      4. Your course is now downloaded to your computer.

      How to Restore Course from Archive.

      1. Open the Archive to access archived courses. 

      2. Click on the 3 dot menu next to the course you want to restore to open the dropdown.Archive - Restore Course

      3. Click "Restore".

      4. Your course is now restored to your course list page.

      How to Delete Course Forever from Archive.

      1. Open the Archive to access archived courses.

      2. Click on the 3 dot menu next to the course you want to delete forever to open the dropdown.Archive - Delete Forever Course

      3. Click "Delete Forever".

      4. Your course is now deleted forever.

      5. Items left in the Archive for more than 30 days will be deleted forever by default.

      How to Archive a Lesson from a Course

      1. Open the course from the course list page with the lesson you want to archiveScreen Shot 2023-09-11 at 2.53.43 PM
      2. Click the 3 dot menu to the right of the lesson you want to archiveArchive Lesson
      3. Click "Delete"
      4. The lesson is moved to the "Archived Lessons" page for the courseArchived Lesson

      Access Archived Lessons

      1. Click "Archive" from the course lessons pageArchived Lesson Page
      2. The "Archived Lessons page is now displayed

      Restore Archived Lesson

      1. From the Archived Lessons page click the 3 dot menu next to the lesson you want to restoreRestore Lesson
      2. Click "Restore"
      3. The lesson is restored and back in the "Course Lessons" Page

      Delete Lesson Forever

      1. From the Archived Lessons page click the 3 dot menu next to the lesson you want to restoreDelete Forever Lesson
      2. Click "Delete Forever"
      3. The lesson is deleted forever
      4. Lessons that remain in the Archived Lessons will be deleted forever after 30 days by default
