      This article will show you how to archive and restore courses, lessons, and activities

      How to Archive/Restore Courses, Lessons, and Activities?

       

      1. Archive a Course

      • From the Campus Homepage, select the more menu next to the course you would like to archive

       

       

      • Click "Archive"

       

       

      • Type "archive me" in the text box

       

       

      • Click "Archive" to confirm this action

       

       

      • You will receive the toast message, "Course removed successfully"

      2. Restore a Course

      • From the Campus Homepage, click "Archive" in the left sidebar

       

       

      • Select the more menu next to the archived course you would like to restore 

       

       

      • Click "Restore"

       

       

      • Click the "Restore" button to confirm this action

       

       

      • You will receive the toast message, "[Your] course was successfully restored."

      3. Archive a Lesson

      • Click the more menu beside the lesson you want to archive

      • Click "Delete"

      • Click the "Delete" button to confirm this action

      • You will receive the toast message, "Lesson was deleted successfully"

      4. Restore a Lesson

      • From the Course Homepage, click "Archive" in the left sidebar

      • Click the more menu beside the archived lesson you wish to restore

      • Click "Restore"

      • Click the "Restore" button to confirm this action

      • You will receive the toast message, "[Your] lesson was successfully restored to the new course."

      5. Archive an Activity 

      • From your Course Homepage, click the more menu next to the activity you want to archive

       

       

      • Click "Delete"

       

       

      • Click the "Delete" button to confirm this action

       

       

      • You will receive the toast message, "Activity was deleted successfully"

      6. Restore an Activity 

      • From the Course Homepage, click "Archive" in the left sidebar

       

       

      • Click the more menu beside the activity you wish to restore

       

       

      • Click "Restore"

       

       

      • Click the "Restore" button to confirm this action

       

       

      • You will receive the toast message, "[Your] activity was successfully restored to the new course." 
        • Note: Archived items will automatically delete after 30 days
