      Updating Course Settings

      This tutorial is to provide administrators on how to update course settings

      Course settings are accessible by administrators and instructors of the course. There are two sections for Course Settings: Course Details, and Integration Settings.

      Course Details

      • Title - Course title which is reflected on the course landing page and email
      • Short Intro - course introduction which is reflected on the course landing page and email
      • Description - Description of the course which is reflected on the course landing page

      Integration Settings

      • Client ID - this item is set at the campus level and therefore is not editable
      • Deployment ID - the value for this is retrieved from the Canvas course where the IllumiDesk application is installed. For more information, please visit the LTI Integration article
